A day in the life of a Merinanny...

FUN AT WORK   ....

I arrive at work on a very cold but beautiful sunny morning, today I have one child who is 3 and a half years old. After parents have gone off for the day the child and I have a play of her favourite game, chasing each other around on the floor pretending to be dogs! what an adventure.... and the sound making turns to lovely singing and more imaginative play...
After this we wrap up warm and off out on the sledge. As the chalet is right on the piste it's easy to pull her along on the sledge down to the village. We hop on the bus to Courchevel to do some sledging in the fun area they have there, as well as some building in the snow. Our favourites being dinosaurs and dogs!
After this I take her to soft play, she has a great time playing with others and we have a dance together in the disco room. Tired but not exhausted we head back down on the bubble and then  on to the sledge she goes and I pull her back to the chalet.
After lunch we do snow painting, which involves food colouring mixed with water in a squeezy bottle and then 'paint' the snow... It's a very popular activity!
By the time the parents return the little girl is very tired but happy and she excitedly shares her day with her mum and dad.
