It finally looks like Christmas in Chamonix
While there may not be so much snow in Chamonix yet, we are very
much getting into the Christmas spirit while the snow canons working too .
Santa has arrived and so have the Christmas markets, so while parents can
indulge in a variety of tasty mulled wines, the children can come and meet
Santa and join in in many of the activities and attractions that the Chamonix
Christmas village has to offer. We have already had a band of geese marching
through the village to the sound of tambourines and whistles, and a quartet of
colourful umbrellas marching through with some beautiful drumming and dancing
accompanying them. Children have been joining in the dancing and loved the
attractions so far.
Chamonix’s Christmas
village is offering fun for families right up until the 30th
December so there is still plenty of time to experience and be part of the fun
here. From face painting to carol singing in the churches, come and see the
Christmas Elves singing and dancing through the village and sharing their jokes
with everyone. There’s still jazz quartets to come and an illuminated musical
procession of the Chamonix ESF ski instructors, plus much more.
There’s certainly enough to keep everyone entertained until the snow
arrives, which according to the forecast won’t be long.
Book a nanny for January until the end of December and we will give you a 10% discount for over 30 hours bookings.
